Join us as we discuss the Jed Foundation, the resources they offer, and how critical mental health awareness is for today’s college student. This is a very important conversation as we continue to leverage our strategic partnership with JED to provide more resources to our chapters and members.
When someone you’re close to is struggling, as their friend, you’re often the first to notice and also uniquely positioned to reach out and offer support. Created in partnership with JED, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the Ad Council, Seize the Awkward provides warning signs that a friend is struggling, conversation starters, tips for support, and resources to get help.
We are accepting applications for JED’s Student Voice of Mental Health Award now through March 1. Learn more about the award and the application process.
